The Shippon is a converted barn that has been built to make the most of the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, which means that the sitting room and sewing room are both on the first floor of the property.
Unfortunately this makes the house not suitable for wheelchair users, however, if your mobility is limited you may be interested in the following information.
The front of the house has a gravelled entrance and there is a step over the threshold
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms. Please state that you would prefer a downstairs double bedroom when booking.
The sewing room is accessed via a steep flight of stairs which has a hand rail on one side.
The sitting room is accessed via another carpeted flight of stairs with handrails.
